Brookside Payments makes certain tools available at no charge, including Audrey, our bank reconciliation tool. They are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, and we may change, limit, or withdraw them at any time without notice.
Output from a free tool is informational and is not an audit, an attestation, or accounting advice. Where a tool proposes correcting journal entries, those are drafts for review by a qualified person before anything is posted. See our Disclaimer for the full position.
By uploading a file to any Brookside tool, you confirm that you are authorized to share it. Do not upload Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or any material you are not permitted to disclose — our tools do not require them. If your organization is subject to public records or records retention obligations, meeting them remains your responsibility. Brookside Payments is not a records custodian and does not retain uploaded files; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to files you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brookside Payments is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or reliance on, output from a free tool. Because these tools are provided at no charge, any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to one hundred dollars.
